Make no mistake. While Beto O’Rourke won’t be coming for our guns, the Democrats are. Everything they do is showing that they do not want any of us to be armed.
Actually, that’s not true. They don’t want law-abiding citizens to be armed. They seem to be fine with the cartel being armed as they bring countless illegal immigrants across the southern border. And they seem to champion the criminals who continuously get released out of prison for armed robbery.
Until crime gets PROPERLY addressed, we absolutely need to be armed.
And it’s no wonder why the number of gun-carrying Americans has been on the rise over the past few years.
The story of what happened recently at a home in southern Louisiana reminds us of why Americans choose to be armed.
Intruders entered a home and fired a gun at the homeowner. The homeowner was armed, too. They shot to kill. The gunman was killed while two other suspects fled the home.
And once news broke about what happened, the comments didn’t disappoint.
In a story that was originally covered by The Blaze, one comment included “I’m sorry the homeowner had to use deadly force, but I am proud he was able to defend his family, himself, and his property against three criminals that made a choice to commit a crime. People have to fight back because criminals have lost fear of reprisals.”
Wow, talk about hitting the nail on the head.
Even though Democrats are passing law after law to get guns out of our hands, they’re removing all deterrents for the actual criminals.
Had the homeowner in Louisiana bought into the lie that all guns are dangerous and should not be owned, he would have been shot dead – and the criminals would have gotten away with not only murder but also burglary.
How is that justice?
It’s not. And that’s why homeowners are buying more guns. Since the Democrats refuse to protect, Americans are choosing to take matters into their own hands.
