Brendan Fraser won the Oscar. And yes, he was just as humble as we all expected him to be. And while many of his fans are incredibly proud and excited for the actor, that’s not what’s being talked about. There are photos, videos, and even memes going around because of the two young men who were on either side of Fraser at the Oscars – two of his sons.
Leland and Holden Fraser accompanied their father – and both were startlingly good-looking.
Fraser had three sons with his former wife, Afton Smith. And it’s clear that the young men have collected the best of both from their parents.
The only son missing was Griffith, the oldest of the three. Fraser has mentioned that “Griffy” has autism and was given a special mention from the podium of the Oscars.
The son with the long, red hair is Leland – and many are speculating about how he could easily be cast into some kind of vampire movie. Perhaps the next remake of an Anne Rice novel-turned-movie?
Meanwhile, the son with the short black hair is Holden – and he has done some modeling already.
One meme said, “I can’t explain it, but one of Brendan Fraser’s sons is an Anne Rice vampire and the other is a Stephanie Meyer vampire.” We’ll let you figure out who is who.
There’s something else you should know about Leland, and it also shows how Brendan Fraser is the “cool dad.”
The day following the Oscar ceremony, Brendan showed up at a concert to support Leland. The 16-year-old plays guitar and was invited to rock out with a cover band at Whisky-a-Go-Go in Hollywood. Leland shared a clip on his Instagram that was titled “Wild night at The Whiskey.”
After Brendan Fraser clenched the Oscar, we knew we’d be getting to see a lot more of him. And with all of the talk of his sons, we’re definitely going to be seeing more of them, too.
