The 2024 Biden campaign has booted New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) off its National Advisory Board, after the mayor bashed Joe Biden’s disastrous border policies. It’s just the latest sign that the Biden campaign is on shaky ground since so many Democrats are frustrated and confused about Joe Biden’s disastrous policies and lack of any coherent policy direction.

A lot of Democrat officials from around the country were picked for Biden’s Advisory Board back in March. Their job was to go on CNN and MSNBC all the time to reassure Americans that Joe Biden doesn’t have dementia and the economy is doing great.

Biden’s campaign kicked Mayor Adams off the list on Wednesday. This was obviously because of the way that Adams criticized Joe Biden’s reckless and dangerous border policies.

Last month, Adams declared that New York City is “being destroyed” by Biden’s border policies. The city has run out of resources and services to assist poor and homeless New Yorkers, because illegal aliens who shouldn’t even be here are gobbling everything up. (It’s not like they can get jobs, so they’re basically cradle-to-grave welfare leeches.)

Adams directly blames Joe Biden for what he calls “one of the largest humanitarian crises that this city has ever experienced.”

Political consultant Hank Sheinkopf told the New York Post, “The message is: Don’t criticize an incumbent Democratic president and don’t criticize the first black female vice president. Any criticism from a Democrat heading into re-election is seen as a betrayal.”

Team Biden’s problem is that they’ve been a disaster on every policy so far. If their backers aren’t allowed to criticize them over the economy, the war in Ukraine, our southern border, or anything else, they’re not going to have much of a team left at the end of the day. Not that that’s a bad thing!
