Accused Fed Ray Epps Sues Fox News for J6 ‘Defamation’

Suspected federal agent provocateur Ray Epps has sued Fox News for supposedly defaming him. Epps was recorded as one of the main instigators of the January 6, mostly peaceful protest of the stolen 2020 election.

He was taped telling people to “go into the Capitol” on January 6, in addition to participating in an “assault” on police officers that resulted in six other J6ers being charged and imprisoned as domestic terrorists trying to commit an insurrection (without any guns).

Epps was originally #16 on the FBI “Most Wanted” list after January 6th—yet the FBI never arrested him even after internet sleuths revealed Epps’ identity.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but The Gateway Pundit website, along with Revolver News and a few others, has definitively proven that Ray Epps “assaulted” cops on January 6.

Seven people lifted up a big Trump flag and tossed it at police that day. It was a big, fluffy flag blowing in the wind. There was zero chance that the flag, which was a great big piece of cloth, was actually going to hurt any cops. Zero chance.

Six of the seven people who tossed that big, non-fluffy, non-dangerous-to-anyone flag at Capitol police officers were charged with assaulting police officers. They’re all serving the lengthiest prison sentences that Joe Biden’s DOJ could wrangle out of liberal DC judges.

Ray Epps has not been charged with anything. He committed the exact same “crime” that six other Trump supporters are imprisoned for, and yet the FBI has never even interviewed Ray Epps, as far as anyone knows.

What is it that you conclude from this?

Epps is now claiming in his lawsuit against Fox News that he was forced to sell his home because of “threats” over his obvious participation on January 6th. He claims that Fox News, and especially Tucker Carlson, who is no longer with the network, defamed him by asking questions about whether Epps is or was a fed.

Epps testified under oath at the fake Liz Cheney January 6 committee.

He claimed that he had left the mostly peaceful protest at an early time than when he was actually captured on video at the Capitol. When Epps testified under oath that he had gone back to his hotel, he was still at the protest inciting violence.

Despite lying under oath, which was proven by Capitol video that was released to Tucker Carlson, Julie Kelly at American Greatness, Darren Beattie at Revolver News, and others, Epps hasn’t even been charged with perjury.

What’s your gut telling you about Ray Epps at this point? If it walks like a duck…

Even the lawsuit that Epps filed seems shady. Epps claims in the suit that the DOJ finally informed him in May that they were planning to arrest him. There’s no way that this is a truthful statement. It just doesn’t pass the smell test.

The DOJ does not contact criminal suspects and tell them they’re about to arrest them. Plus, it’s now the middle of July. If the DOJ informed Epps back in May that they were planning to indict him, then where is the indictment?

The answer, of course, is that Ray Epps seems as oddly protected from prosecution as Hunter Biden is.

Ray Epps maintains that he never worked for the FBI. Most of the media seems content to go along with this. Fine. Did he work for the Office of National Intelligence (ONI)? Did he work for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)? Does Ray Epps work for the CIA?

All of these are valid questions. The truth of the matter is that Ray Epps committed violence on January 6 while being recorded. Yet ever since he was identified, the FBI and the DOJ have seemed wildly incurious about indicting Ray Epps.
